"Picture This" is a small company who offers a personal touch to all  your web and graphics needs.  Our goals are to provide you with a multitude of services that will save you time and give your project a quality look.   We can do all the work, or just set things up so you can do what you have time for.  We have the time, tools, skills, and desire to serve you as a valued customer.

"Picture This" will take digital pictures or use your pictures, scan pictures or documents, develop flyers, and permanently save pictures and flyers to a CD or floppy disk.  We can provide hard copies of photos, flyers, or other documents, and have e-mail capabilities for convenient customer communication.

"Picture This" will develop a personal or business site tailored to your needs.

Helen's Background

Lets just say a few years of experience, friendly, professional, and honest.

I started out in the realty business about 15 years ago working for Sun Quest Realty in Port Orchard, Washington.
             
I developed all of my own flyers and advertising, as well as a newsletter sent out to clients monthly. I moved on to my own business working with stained glass and wood.  I developed my own designs for all of my products.

I went to work several years ago as a part time assistant for a broker/associate at the Reid Real Estate Belfair office.  This Realtor strongly believes in quality advertising, and is very critical of detail. Being somewhat of a perfectionist myself, it didn't take long before I was working independently and:

  • Taking digital photos

  • Developing professional looking flyers

  • Working with various advertising agencies

  • Developing ads for real estate publications

  • Taking over, updating, & maintaining www.timwing.com

I have completed many jobs for local realtors, including:

  • Taking digital photos

  • Scanning of photo's

  • Developing flyers

  • Enhancing & repairing photos digitally using PhotoShop

  • Putting together virtual tours for web use

I worked for The Real Estate Book taking digital photos while they were out of town, taking  pictures, sizing them for advertising, and e-mailing the photos to them so they could meet schedules and client expectations.

Experience with graphics:

I developed a graphic design of the USA map for Sunquest Realty for advertising several years ago.  They are still using this design background for their advertising today.

I have designed web graphics, logo's, magazine graphics, including front cover graphics for The Real Estate Book , one of which was used for special " Peninsula Waterways " edition.

I have designed and put together numerous flyers for low
and high end homes, as well as special occasions and
open houses for Realtors...
